Back in 2005 when we purchased our property in Creston we were told there were no problems with the water supply.  That drastically changed when we made Creston our full-time home in 2009.  We quickly experienced the difference between big city water supply levels and that of a spring fed cistern.  Having picked up the local Creston paper, we spotted Chris's Wild West Drilling Ad and gave him a call.

Chris came by to inspect and assess the extent of the task at hand.  After advising us of the process, we agreed on a timeline and price and the drilling commenced.  Having assessed the first drill depth, Chris found the depth insufficient for our needs and advised that we dig deeper. Chris's expertise in the field paid off and we've been enjoying an over-abundant water source ever since!

Based on the water samplings, a pump and treatment system was professionally factored into the house along with plumbing and piping and we've never had a problem with the flow, supply, or quality since the install.  Chris was always thorough in his communications and keen on following up on the service and work that was done to ensure that everything was satisfactory and to our liking.

Creston Valley Regional Airport Society is a non-profit society operating the Creston Regional Airport by contract with the Town of Creston.  We are making several improvements at the airport but it all hinged around upgrading our water system.  The old well was not producing enough to service these improvements.  Thanks to receiving funding from RDCK Area B, we were able to contact Wild West Drilling and set up improvements that not only meet our current demand but for future developments.  

It was decided to connect the old well water supply to a 25,000 gallon fire suppression water tank that can be used not only for the Airport but for the entire Canyon/Lister fire district.  A new well was drilled, trenching and electrical lines installed and a state-of-the-art Point-of-Entry water system connected.  Chris professionally planned the complete system with special attention to detail.  The site area was cleaned and returned to original state.  We are very pleased to have this new system as a great addition to the many improvements we are making.

In 2009, I was in the process of purchasing a Creston Valley acreage which had an old well that had been used for agricultural purposes.  The Re/Max agent who was helping with the transaction recommended Wild West Drilling to help me with any questions I had regarding the water well as I would eventually be building a home on the property.  Chris was happy to take a look at the well and advise me on what I could do to satisfy my concerns about the capacity of the well in order to get me through the purchase process.  

When it came time to plan construction, Chris was always available to discuss the process and potential costs, particularly in regards to my requirements that the infrastructure be done to very high standards so as not to become a maintenance issue over the years or during nasty cold weather. 

Finally, upon construction of my new home, Chris and his crew worked with my builder's timetable to get water flowing to the new home with a new well pump that suited domestic needs.  Part of the process involved cleaning out the well, which has brought me great peace of mind as I know that the well is in great shape to supply water for many years to come.  All of the work was done very professionally and cost effectively.
